There, all of the pins are soldered in place. Note that this Arduino Pro Mini board has five extra contact holes that don't have header pins. No issue there.

If you are wondering how my solder joints all ended up looking so clean, it's because I lightly scrubbed them afterward with a Q-Tip soaked in Isopropanol (aka. "rubbing alcohol").
